25% of Algeria Telecom's commercial network certified “Fi Khidmatikoum” the Welcoming quality standards
Algeria Telecom hosted this Tuesday, January 24th 2023 the second ceremony to award the certification “Fi Khidmatikoum” for 55 stores, at our headquarter.
Algeria Telecom became the first Algerian company to win the "Fikhidmatikoum" certification for the quality of customer service, awarded by (IANOR) the Algerian Institute for Normalisation, this labialization undertakes 14 commitments covering the customers service and assistance.
It is worth mentioning that in the view to improve its welcoming services, Algeria Telecom certified, last July, five of its commercial stores and the call centre in Algiers.
A second certification initiative within a strategy of constant improvement for our quality of service, Algeria Telecom certified a total of 55 stores across the country, to achieve a total of 60 certified stores, equivalent to 25% of its commercial network.
This quality distinction shall extend gradually to cover all the company's reception structures.
Such an approach is a mark of confidence towards our customers, to emphasize the company's strategy, to prioritise the customer satisfaction.
