IDOOMLY Backup Recharge is a service that allows you to reactivate your Idoom ADSL or Idoom Fibre Internet subscription for 96 hours if your subscription expires at a late hour, on weekends or during public holidays...

Activate your back-up recharge easily by calling 1500 or via Algeria Telecom's My Idoom application, or on your Customer Space.

These 96 hours of Internet connection will be automatically deducted of your next payment or recharge (using recharge cards, vouchers or E-payment...).

1- What is the IDOOMLY service?

IDOOMLY is the service that allows you to reactivate your internet for 96 hours, if your subscription expires at a late hour, on weekends or during public holidays...

Just dial the 1500 from a landline or cell phone, follow the steps of the voice server, and your Internet connection is restored for 96 hours.

You can also activate it via Algeria Telecom's My Idoom application or on your Customer Space.

As a backup recharge, “IDOOMLY” Service can only be used or activated within 24 hours after your Internet subscription expiry.

However, these 96 hours, will be deducted from your next payment or recharge (using recharge cards, vouchers or E-payment...).

This service is for all customers with an Idoom ADSL or Idoom Fibre package, personal including customers with a specific contract.
